Close Shave At Barber Shop

A man out of jail on bond is back behind bars after police say he broke into a west side business in Charleston.
It happened Tuesday night at the Asbury Barber Shop.
Police say they found Justin Graves crawling out of a broken window before he took off running.
Officers later found him at a home on Indiana Avenue and arrested him.
Graves is charged with breaking and entering and fleeing from police.
