HURRICANE, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Fruits and Vegetables will soon take over Valley Park in Hurricane.
The new Putnam County Farmer's Market is set to open later this month.
Organizers say the market will offer the community top quality products from their own backyard. Veggies, fruits, eggs, and even homemade crafts will be sold at the market.
The market opens Thursday, July 23 from 3:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
The Putnam County Extension Office has been working with the community for several months to make this project happen.
