At one time, he won the biggest powerball jackpot ever. But now, is Jack Whittaker out of money? Whittaker claims thieves took almost all of his money.

This comes to light, now, because Whittaker hasn't been paying money to a woman that sued him. They settled last year. Kitti French filed a complaint this week asking Jack Whittaker for the money and other court costs.

In the complaint, Whittaker says on 9/11 a team of crooks went to 12 different City National Banks and cashed 12 checks and got all of his money he intended to pay but can't without any money.
