A Fayette County grand jury has indicted Eddie Queen for the 1986 murder of Cathy Carroll.
Police found Cathy in her Montgomery Heights home with an extension cord wrap around her neck in April of 1986.
Her husband, Robert Carroll, is also charged in the murder.
Police say he hired Queen to kill his wife.
