Beaten and bruised, little Mabel Sue was abandoned and left to die. But, thanks to two strangers who discovered her and dropped her off at a local animal hospital, the white puppy with the constantly wagging tail, is licking her way into everyone's hearts.

Len Rogers wants to take Mabel home with him, “the tail wagging to be through the abuse she's been through--she had to be a special doggie.”

About 2 weeks ago, 2 strangers dropped off the little boxer-mix puppy at the Stonecrest animal hospital. They found her in a box next to a dumpster badly
Mabel Sue's head was so swollen, she needed a tube to drain the fluid, both jaws were broken her eyes swollen shut.

The phone has been ringing off the hook and the list is building for people who want to adopt Mabel Sue. Once she heals, then the difficult task of deciding who gets her!

Mabel Sue isn't officially up for adoption yet. Dr. Kristen King says she needs several more weeks to heal from surgeries and put on some weight. Then, they'll start the process of finding her the right home.
