Two of the three teenagers charged in the death of Joshua Boggess in Charleston have now learned their fate.
On Wednesday, a judge sentenced Daniel Botkin to 40 years in prison for his role in the robbery and murder of Boggess.
Boggess had just left work at the Town Center Mall last year when he was robbed and shot in a nearby parking garage.
Just last week, Ronald Hambleton was also sentenced to 40 years in prison.
William Bumpus, the other teenager charged, has admitted to pulling the trigger.
He's still awaiting sentencing.
