With all this cold weather, you may be ready to hit the beach! But you're going to have to wait a little longer to take advantage of cheap flights out of Yeager Airport to Myrtle Beach.

Ask any West Virginian. Myrtle Beach is the place to be.

Getting their by car takes just eight hours, but Southern Skyways can get you there in a little more than an hour…but just not yet.

The airline delayed its non-stop flight from Charleston to Myrtle Beach until late May. Low booking is to blame.

The price to Myrtle Beach may be hard to believe. It costs less than $100 dollars one way.

So why no takers? Some say it's all in the name.

It’s a deal that would make a trip to the beach much quicker.

Customers who have booked flights before late May will be refunded. The airline also offers flights to Cincinnati, but the service to Myrtle Beach and Cincinnati is expected to end on Labor Day.
