ST. ALBANS, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man accused of stealing security cameras forgot to turn them off before planning his scheme.
Police say they were able to identify Dennis Lottig, 33, from surveillance video.
Lottig allegedly stole four cameras from City National Bank in St. Albans overnight Sunday into Monday. Those cameras are valued at $1,900 each.
All of the cameras have been recovered, but damages to them still have to be assessed.
Lottig is being held in the South Central Regional Jail on a $75,000 bond.
