More than a dozen attorneys plan to visit the site of a deadly explosion next week as part of their individual investigations of the disaster.

The attorneys represent relatives of some of the victims of the
January 30th explosion in Ghent and the businesses that are
involved.

Four people were killed in the propane explosion at the Flat Top
Little General Store. Five others were injured.

The attorneys reached agreement yesterday Friday in Raleigh
County Circuit Court on preserving evidence and examining the site.

The site can be cleaned up one week after the victims' relatives
and all other interested parties have examined it. J. Victor
Flanagan, a Little General attorney, says the company has health
concerns about debris at the site.
