Vandals are responsible for the cable television outage in the Ashland, Kentucky, area Friday night.
Police say vandals damaged two fiber-optic cables sometime around eight o'clock.
It happened in a wooded area in Coal Grove, Ohio.
The outage also affected highspeed internet service.
At the height of the outage, 20,000 Time Warner Cable customers lost service.
All of them were back on by ten Saturday morning.
Coal Grove Police urge you to call them if you have information that'll help in the investigation.
The cable problem caused people to miss Friday night's Russell-Ashland basketball game that we were airing on MyZ.
So now, you can catch the action in a replay this Sunday at 12:30. It'll be on MyZ.
