A former teacher accused of sexually harassing and fondling six students is on trial this week.
Testimony just got underway in the Tyrone Persinger trial.
Tuesday morning, prosecutors called one of the students to the stand to testify.
During opening statements, the defense said it will prove the key witness has changed her story several times.
Persinger was a teacher at Capital High School when the allegations were made.
He was fired in September.
The lawsuit also names the Kanawha County Board of Education as a defendant.
