Murder Trial Goes To Jury

A Pike County, Kentucky, murder trial could wrap up Wednesday.
The case went to the jury just before noon.
On Tuesday, police testified that former West Virginia attorney Lafe Ward was drunk when he caused a car crash that killed Benita Dixon last year.
State Police tapes were also played in which Ward tells officers he had been drinking earlier in the day, and had picked up some prescriptions.
Troopers say some pills were missing from the bottles after the accident.
