A doctor from Pt. Pleasant, West Virginia, has been sentenced for improper use of prescription drugs.
Doctor Breton Morgan was sentenced to one month in prison and three months of home confinement.
He'll also have to pay a $5,000 fine.
An investigation found Morgan used samples of hydrocodone for himself instead of giving them to his patients.
He surrendered his medical license when the charges surfaced last year.
Morgan used to practice medicine at Pleasant Valley Hospital.
