Teachers in Boone County say they're frustrated because other counties aren't following suit. In fact, some are just as angry about that as they are about not getting the pay raise they've asked for.
Boone County's superintendent Steve Pauley says all staff are expected to report to school at the regular time. He wants parents to know there will be a two hour delay Wednesday morning. That's when they'll assess whether or not they have enough supervision in the schools to have class.
