One of the two men accused of killing an overnight janitor at a recycling center will spend the next 15 years behind bars.

On Friday, Jason Williams pleaded guilty to first degree murder and was sentenced on the charges.

Police say in 2005, Williams and Willliam McCallister were attempting to rob a safe inside the Kanawha County Recycling plant when they shot and killed Harvey Pomeroy.

As part of the plea agreement, the breaking and entering charges were dropped.
