Dunbar Avenue Under Water

An eight inch water main break is the reason a portion of Dunbar Avenue turned into a small creek this morning.

The break happened around four this morning in the 1400 Block. Shutting the road down from the 13-16 hundred block. The water company expected things to be cleared up by about three Saturday afternoon.

WV American water says only a handful of customers was affected.

The break happened just down the road from where another massive break happened back in February. For several days people in Dunbar and other parts of Kanawha and Putnam Counties had to boil their water.
