He's accused of damaging sacred ground --and now Charleston Police have filed more charges against the man they say is behind the careless act.

Howard Gentry of Roane County is now facing a felony charge of destruction of property.
Early Sunday morning, police say he drove right through the West Virginia Capitol's Veterans Memorial.

As the clean up at the site continues -- it makes some question just how secure the capitol grounds are.
