Explosives inside his vehicle caused quite a scare.
Now, the man is behind bars in Magoffin County, Kentucky.
Officers arrested Randy Back and charged him with second degree "use of a weapon of mass destruction" and first degree wanton endangerment.
Police say they found T.N.T. in back's Bronco Monday at a shopping center parking lot in Salyersville.
The bomb squad diffused the explosives. Nobody was hurt.
Investigators aren't saying why back had the dynamite.
He's in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
