Family Gets Keys to First House

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Thanks to the help of dozens of volunteers, a young family got the keys to their brand new home Friday morning.
The Huntington Area Habitat for Humanity dedicated its 69th house at 134 Olive Street in Huntington.
David and Cristen Adkins, along with their young daughter, will live in the home.
Thirteen local financial institution helped with the project known as the "Bankers and Broker’s Build."

You are truly blessed. I know your mom is thrilled you have a beautiful and safe home. I'm sorry I couldn't help out with the building. Habitat is a great program. I encourage everyone to donate and volunteer.
