Investigators say Sean Mitchell, 44, of Athens, Ohio, robbed the Tuppers Plains Branch of the Farmers Bank on September 1, 2009.
In November 2009, Mitchell was arrested in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, following a bank robbery there.
Mitchell appeared in Meigs County Common Pleas Court Friday where he was arraigned on aggravated robbery, robbery, theft and kidnapping charges. His bond was set at $500,000 10% cash.

In December 2009, Mitchell was indicted for the Meigs County bank robbery.
It took prosecutors nearly four years to have Mitchell extradited back to Meigs County since he fought extradition.
He was picked up in Mississippi last Thursday where he was serving an eight-year sentence for armed robbery after being convicted of robbing the M&M Bank in Ocean Springs in November 2009.
