Five passengers in a commuter plane about to take off from Charlotte-Douglas International Airport were sprayed with hydraulic fluid Sunday night.
Airport officials say the passengers were taken to the hospital but none of the injuries was serious.
The incident happened about 9:30 p.m. on U.S. Airways Express Flight 4242, which was scheduled to fly to Huntington, West Virginia.
The plane was a De Havilland DHC-8, a twin-engine turboprop.
The airport's Hazmat team responded to the situation.
It's unclear how the fluid leaked inside the plane.
There were about 20 people on board.
