Vandals struck the Huntington Salvation Army early Saturday morning.

Police say the tires were flattened on the Mobile Disaster Canteen vehicle that belongs to the non-profit organization.

Each tire will cost about $400 to replace.

Volunteers also spent Saturday cleaning up graffiti left by the vandals.

Just today, the organization held a fundraiser to help children in Mexico and here at home.

However, much of that money will instead be used to repair and replace damaged items.

Police are asking that if anyone has information about the vandalism to give them a call.
