Local Teens Injured at Disney World

They went to Disney World to have some fun on their senior trip. Instead of fun though, some Chapmanville teens ended up with some bumps and bruises.

The girls from Logan County were on the Kali River Rapids yesterday when a park spokesperson says a sensor on the ride tripped forcing it to stop.

As they were getting off the ride the accident happened. The two Logan County girls and four others got hurt.

The pair suffered some neck and back pain and some bruises.

Fortunately none of the injuries are life-threatening.

17 year-old Devon Bennett and 18 year-old Rachel DesRocher are two of those injured. They're both from Chapmanville.
