Police found Aaron Rowe's body Sunday afternoon in the Ohio River.
The body has been taken to Franklin County for an autopsy.
The search for Rowe began overnight Friday.
Rowe went to a local bar for a rock concert.
Friends say Roe was drunk and enjoying the show a little too much when police were called.
After a chase and a dash into the Ohio River, family members say everyone just stood around and watched Roe go underwater.
The family is critical of Ironton police for holding his brother Allen and friends back from going in to try to save their struggling relative.
Ironton police have not released any information since the incident, but they did defend their actions on the riverbank, saying that it could have been two lost in the water instead of one.
