Emergency workers have re-opened the Billy C. Clark Bridge on Rt. 60 that connects Kenova, W.Va. and Catlettsburg, Ky. It was shut down for several hours after a tug boat hit the bridge Sunday afternoon.

Initially, officials shut down the Interstate 64 bridge.

Witnesses say miscommunication caused officials to shut down the wrong bridge.

No word yet on the damage caused by the boat hitting the Clark bridge, which is also known as the Kenova/Catlettsburg Bridge.
