Two Horses Rescued in Ohio

Two horses that were starving and locked in a stall have been rescued by the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office this week. Police say the horses were standing in their three feet of their own feces.

Animal rescuers say the condition of both horses is about as bad as it gets, and they're still not sure if one of the horses will even live.

The Lawrence County Sheriff's Office is still investigating the case, but no charges have been filed. Police say reports from neighbors are what led to the rescue.
