State Board to Hold Emergency Hearing

Richard Filbin was charged May 31st with taping his clients getting undressed before their massages.

Now the state board that gives massage therapists their permit to work will meet Monday. The emergency meeting is a chance for the board to discuss what should be done with his permit while he moves through the legal system.

Filbin has been a licensed therapist since 1999. Police allege he started videotaping clients in 2001. Filbin's license expires in July of 2008. All massage therapists must renew their license every two years.
