CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A Charleston eatery is taking a time out when it comes to cooking dinner.
"We've become a special occasion restaurant," Bill Sohovich says of Blossom Deli's dinner crowd, though he says lunch at the Blossom "doesn't quit."
Sohovich says he and his staff are going to take January, February and March to re-evaluate what they do at dinner. Lunch hours will remain the same.
"We've been here 14 years, and come a long ways since the five entrees and six wines we started with," said Sohovich.
Sohovich says the economy has a little to do with his decision and there is a need to change with the times as they go.
"We are not looking at it as a step back looking at it as a new beginning," he said.
As for his other resturant, SoHo's at the Capitol Market, Sohovich says it's doing just fine.
