Charges against a Fayette County man accused of killing three people are going to the grand jury.

Gary Dwayne Martin of Hico waived his right to a preliminary hearing Monday. Fayette County Prosecutor Carl Harris says the case will go to the grand jury in September.

Martin, 56, is charged with three counts of murder. Prosecutors say Martin allegedly shot and killed Carl Blaine Cox, 24, Christopher Lee Legg, 23, and Dustin Tyler Hughes, 22, on Memorial Day. All three victims were from Hico.
