A man from Kanawha County facing murder charges was put back behind bars Tuesday.

A judge revoked Michael Brisendine’s bond. Police said Brisendine shot and killed Teddy Pauley on Mill Creek Road in Big Chimney back on New Year’s Eve.

The judge said Brisendine violated his bond when he allowed his daughter, who is a potential grand jury witness, to live with him.

His attorney said he did what any father would do, but the judge sent Brisendine back to jail until his next hearing.
