Meth House Condemned

Meth labs have typically been found out of our larger cities. But police found a big one in Huntington.

On Tuesday night, members of the Huntington drug task force say they uncovered a major meth lab at 1032 W. 5th Ave. in Huntington.

Police tell us they arrested Tammy Martin and Robert Walker. They tell us Walker is the same man who burned himself at a meth lab in East Pea Ridge last year

Wednesday, Huntington Fire Marshal Scott Bias took the first steps to have the property condemned! “We're going to shut it down and bring it to the unsafe buildings commission and the owner can take action to either correct it or get it torn down.

Animal control officers removed a number of dogs and cats from the house. They say there was no running water and the place is uninhabitable.
