Teen Charged in Pool Incident

It's an incident that not only has some swimmers in Charleston paying for a lap in the pool, now a teenager is facing charges.

We're talking about the incident where a group of kids at Cato Pool decided to push the pool's manager into the water.

We've now learned the teenager who actually did the shoving has been charged. He's a minor so his name has not been released.

Swimming at city pools in Charleston has been free for years. Now swimmers at Cato Pool now have to pay $1.50 because of the incident.
