A large group of United States ambassadors left Yeager Airport this afternoon, bound for Europe, but the group might be a little younger than you might expect.

Thirty-five students from our region left for London as part of the People to People Student Ambassador Program.

The program was started by President Eisenhower as a promotion of good will.

The students from West Virginia and Kentucky will be gone for nineteen days where they will visit England and France on their educational trip.

The group plans to hit the ground running, as soon as they land in London Friday morning, they will be heading to Buckingham Palace.
