Festivall is taking flight in Charleston and Blues, Brews and Barbeque is expected to draw thousands of people to UC’s campus for an evening of food, fun, and rhythm and blues.

Setting the stage for Festivall began months ago, but bright and early Friday morning, some final touches on UC’s lawn to plug-in to a weekend that's packed with the arts.

FestivALL is four days of non-stop entertainment found in the most public of places.

“We have dance through the streets, in the lawn, everywhere!" W.Va.’s Dance Company’s Nina Denton Pasinetti said.

We found Ellie Lemkey visiting from Huntsville, Alabama. Her daughter-in-law is a dancer with the West Virginia dance company, a group that's helping FestivALL take flight.

"A child is going to see this and say, "I can do that!' without this he never would have known; never had that seed planted," Pasinetti said.

Whether it's dance, art, or kicking back for a night of rhythm and blues, despite some minor setbacks, FestivALL is expect to flood with fun.
