A medical examiner says the remains found in a
northeast Ohio park were those of a missing nine-months pregnant
woman and her unborn baby.

Lisa Kohler, the Summit County medical examiner, says the
cause of death has not been determined. She says the baby was found still inside the womb of Davis.

The discovery of the body of Jesse Davis Saturday afternoon came as police arrested her boyfriend. Bobby Cutts Junior, a Canton police officer, is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow on two murder charges.

Davis had been missing for more than a week from her home near Canton. Her mother found her bedroom in disarray, the furniture overturned and her two-year-old son, Blake, home alone.

Davis was due to deliver a baby girl on July Third.
