Sometimes dreams take years to happen, but only if you work hard and never give up.

For one Braxton County couple, their lifelong dream is about to come true.

One popular restaurant is about to grow into something much, much bigger.

Tim and Melody Urbanic are right at home on the balcony of their soon to be opened bed and breakfast. It’s a dramatic setting that won't just be an inn, but will also be the new home to their much loved restaurant Café Cimino and this is a setting they'd always dreamed about.

“We always really wanted a house, we'd traveled and we'd always thought it was so neat to eat in a home,” Melody Urbanic said.

In 1999 they opened Café Cimino in downtown Sutton. Now, just a few blocks away, construction is well underway on their new location, where Tim, who's the chef, will get to spread his wings because there's more than enough room.

There are five separate dining rooms, a café, and four outdoor spaces. Overall, there are more than a hundred seats.

“It's a little grander, you know I wanted a mansion on the river and so it fits into that category and I really didn't expect to have as many beautiful rooms as this but it really contributes, fits into my dream pretty well,” Tim said.

“When we got the opportunity to bid on this house, this beautiful PJ Berry estate, we said we're finally fulfilling our customers wishes,” Melody said, “They used to jokingly say after a wonderful dinner they'd say oh can't we just sleep here Melody, can't Tim cook breakfast, and now he can.”

This mansion has 10 bedrooms, 13 baths and a setting that speaks for itself.

“It's not easy to make dreams come true you can dream but until you act they're just dreams. Fortunately in my life I have such a great family,” Tim said.

Soon people will be able to sleep in as long as they'd like here at the new Café Cimino Country Inn.

They've already taken some reservations for the new Café Cimino Country Inn, but the Urbanic's said don't worry. Their downtown restaurant will stay open until the new B&B s ready.

That's expected to happen in august.
