Putnam County Public Service District Captures Top State Honors
The Putnam County Public Service District won three gold-level awards from the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources.

PUTNAM COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The Putnam County Public Service District has shown it's worth its weight in gold.
The agency won three gold-level awards from the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources.
Those awards were for surface water system of the year, optimized water treatment plant and most outstanding surface water system.
