Gerber is voluntarily recalling some of its baby food, because it can pose a choking hazard.
The company is recalling all packages of its Organic Whole Grain Rice Cereal and Organic Whole Grain Oatmeal Cereal.
Gerber says some of the cereals could contain lumps that will not dissolve in water or milk.
If you bought the cereal you can call Gerber to get a full refund.
The number to call is 800-443-7237.
Gerber has received complaints of choking, but there have been no reports of injuries.
Gerber says the food should not be eaten.
The cereals in question were distributed nationwide and to Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
All codes of the two cereals, sold in 8 ounce boxes, are being recalled.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said it agrees with Gerber's decision to issue this voluntary recall.
