It was a happy homecoming at Yeager Airport today.
Thirty members of the 130th returned after serving six weeks in Afghanistan.
Family members greeted their loved ones with signs and hugs to let them know how much they've been missed. One boy said that it's been hard around the house without his dad around.
"I've had to do a lot more than I did whenever he was here last time whenever he went over he was gone for three months so it was a lot easier this time," John Strickland said.
The final group of airmen will return to Charleston Wednesday afternoon.
The 130th helped move military supplies and equipment throughout Afghanistan.
