Gas prices are at a three-month low after weeks of high prices at the pump.
The Energy Information Administration reports the average price of a gallon of unleaded gasoline is now at about $2.95. That's the lowest in three months and down 9.1 cents from a week ago.
The highest averages are currently on the west coast at about $3.05 and in the Rocky Mountain states at about $3.03.
Here locally, the average price of gas in West Virginia is $2.93 a gallon. In Kentucky, it's $2.85 a gallon and in Ohio, the average price for a gallon of unleaded is $2.78. Those numbers are from AAA's Daily Fuel Gauge Report.
