A former Pikeville funeral home director is pleading not guilty to charges that he stole money from his clients.

Richard Justice is accused of operating a funeral home without a license and pocketing more than $80,000 in pre-paid funeral arrangements.

Investigators said most of the alleged victims are elderly. The judge set a pre-trial conference for October. If convicted, Justice could face 20 years in prison.
