Our group thinks Holiday Vacations has saved the best for last.

We left the big island of Hawaii this morning and arrived at Maui after
flying over spectacular massive sugar fields.

We were even able to get a glance of the highest mountain,
Pu' u Ula' ula which towers 10,000 feet above sea level.

Our first stop before arriving at our resort hotel on Kaanapali Beach
was the Maui Ocean Center. It's an Hawaiian sea aquarium that has a
living collection of fish and other marine life all shown in their natural habitat.

Our group was able to actually walk through a glass tunnel in the
aquarium itself having sharks, sea turtles as well as rays so close it felt you could reach out and touch them.

Outside the sea aquarium itself, we could almost touch many types of
sea life in many small enclosed open air pools that were scattered
throughout the center.

After a great lunch along side Maui's west coast, we were off to Lahaina's north side resort of Kaanapali Beach.

It was evening when we got there but I have to say I have never
experienced a more spectacular resort than here at the Hyatt Regency Resort.

It's time to get unpacked, eat some great local cuisine and get ready
for a great day tomorrow on the beautiful island of Maui.
