Clair Overley Junior replaces David White at the $158 million Ohio Administrative Knowledge System. Overley has held several project-management positions at the Defense Logistics Agency in Columbus.
The computer tape stolen from an intern's car on June tenth contained sensitive data on more than 859-thousand people. It also held records on at least 258-thousand businesses, vendors, school districts and local governments.
