Final Report Released in 2009 KCSO "Combating Underage Drinking Program"
According to a news release, less than five percent of the total 184 attempts to purchase alcohol for underage people were successful.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies believe education is key in reducing underage drinking.

The Sheriff's Department released the final report of its 2009 "Combating Underage Drinking" Program.

According to a news release, less than five percent of the total 184 attempts to purchase alcohol for underage people were successful.

Deputies say continued education of store personnel and the general public will help reduce underage drinking even more.

They should investigate the bars that sell to underage minors. They can drink all they want at most of the bars in this area.

Have they ever investigated this at WVU? I mean, 25,000 students and the number one party school in the country.
