If you're looking for easy finger food to take that still tastes like breakfast! Here are three simple recipes.
BERNIE’S BLT BITES
1 ½ LBS OF ROMA TOMATOES
OR 16 CHERRY TOMATOES
1 LB CRUMBLED BACON
1/2 C MAYO
1/3 C CHOPPED GREEN ONION
3 T PARMESAN CHEESE
2 T SNIPPED PARSLEY
Cut roma tomatoes in half or cut a thin slice off each tomato top.
Scoop out and discard pulp.
Drain tomatoes by turning upside down.
In a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well,
Spoon into tomatoes.
Refrigerate for several hours.
HOT HAM & CHEESE
2 FROZEN WAFFLES
CHEDDAR CHEESE SLICES
This is a twist on a Saturday afternoon staple.
Take frozen waffles out of freezer and place in kitchen for a few minutes to thaw.
Add ham & cheese with Dijon mustard.
Cook like grilled cheese sandwich on a hot buttered frying pan.

QUICK, EASY FINGER FOOD THAT YOU CAN EAT COLD
1 LB GROUND SAUSAGE
1 TABLESPOON FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY
1 TABLESPOON GRATED ONION
1/4 TEASPOON CINNAMON
1/8 TEASPOON GROUND NUTMEG
4 HARD BOILED EGGS – SHELLED
1/2 CUP DRY BREADCRUMBS
Combine sausage, parsley, onion, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well. Divide sausage
Mixture into 4 portions. Shape into patties. Place egg on top and warp.
Roll each sausage covered egg in breadcrumbs.
Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes (longer if necessary) until they’re golden brown.
Great dipped in mustard!
