CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Some West Virginia American Water customers need to boil their water before drinking it Sunday.

The company says a water main broke in North Charleston, now a precautionary boil water advisory has been issued.

The affected customers live on North Arthur Lane, Libby Lane, Judith Drive and Town Court Drive.

Those customers should boil their water for at least one minute before using it for drinking, cooking, bathing, and brushing teeth.

The advisory is in place until further notice.
