CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A Charleston taxi driver is accused of raping a woman who needed a ride home.
According to a criminal complaint, Michael Calhoun was working for C&H Taxi on Friday when he dropped a woman off at her apartment along Ross Street.
Police say Calhoun followed the woman to the door and forced her inside. He allegedly knocked her down and raped her.
Calhoun faces a second-degree sexual assault charge.
