Cabell ATV Fatality
Experienced rider, over 60, found dead in the woods.
Police say there were no drugs or alcohol involved,

Just before 10 pm Monday, September 17th, Cabell County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call on on Barker Ridge.
Upon arrival, investigators learned that Jason Woodrum found James Spence's ATV gone about 7:30 and Woodrum went out to hunt for the man. Police reports say Woodrum found Spence in the woods, pinned under his ATV, which was turned upright on a downhill grade.
James Spence, 61, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say Spence was not wearing a helmet, had ten years riding experience, and no drugs or alcohol were involved in the fatality.
