CROSS LANES, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The liquor license for Appetizer's Bar and Lounge has been extended until Jan. 15.
The bar was the scene of a shooting on Dec. 26 where dozens of shots were fired and one man was hit in the leg.
The Alcohol Beverage Control Administration tells WSAZ.com, they will have an administrative meeting on Jan. 14.
During the meeting, they will release the results of the investigation and consider all options about the bar's future.
The Kanawha County Planning Commission has also filed a fire safety complaint against the bar with the West Virginia State Fire Marshal's Office.
No arrests have been made in the case.
