WAYNE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Route 52 is back open after a head-on crash in Wayne County, West Virginia.
The crash happened about 4:30, Friday, near Docks Creek Road.
Authorities say a driver passed out after a coughing fit, went left-of-center, and was hit head-on.
Two people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Route 52 was closed for just under an hour.
